The objective of the survey was to determine as near as possible her condition and present day value.  No reference or information should be construed as to the internal condition of the engine(s), electronic equipment as to the compliance with manufacturers published specifications or the condition of any hidden items that are beyond the surveyor’s control. No determination of stability characteristics or inherent structural integrity will be made. The report is the unbiased opinion of the condition of the vessel at the time and place it was surveyed. The mandatory standards promulgated by the U.S. Coast Guard under authority of Title 46 USC, Title 33 and 46 CFR, and the voluntary standards of the American Boat and Yacht Council and the National Fire Protection Association are used in conducting this survey.
